Thanksgiving is my favorite time of the year as it is all about the 4Fs - family, friends, food and football.  Doesnt get much better. This year my wife's family made it down to Dallas along with my grandmother's brother and his wife. The one person missing was my brother. He wasnt able to make it down this year but we'll catch up with him at Christmas. We kicked the day off with the YMCA 5K Turkey Trot in the am; then went to my parents' house and ate non-stop; and then we slept...Sebastian's slumber pretty much said it all.

Knocked out the Hell Run (mud run) yesterday.  Overall the course was pretty good.  Finished 123 out of 468 without a shoe but with my movember stache!!!
